Our 10U Phenoms are guided by Manager George Avila, who works closely alongside our high school coaching staff to ensure every player receives the same elite-level training used to prepare athletes for the next stage of their baseball careers.

George’s leadership and experience are proven  winning the Cañeros Fall Championship in 2024, the Spring 2025 Championship, and earning All-Star Manager honors in 2025.

His role blends team management, mentorship, and on-field support, creating an environment where young athletes develop discipline, baseball IQ, and confidence.

With the added advantage of professional coaching from the Liga Mexicana del Pacífico through our partnership with Academia MVP Athletes, this 10U squad is being built for long-term success.
